The programme couldn't be simpler. Over ten weeks you will learn everything you need to radically change the way you look and feel for the rest of your life.
It starts with an initial consultation to help us determine your goals and examine your current lifestyle.
Following on from there, you will start a ten week journey of weight loss and body re-shaping. Each course is personally tailored to you, and consists of three one-to-one training sessions per week, at a time and location that best suits your busy lifestyle.
You will also be given exercise assignments to complete on your own.
Throughout the programme you will follow an easy to understand eating plan designed just for no. No faddy diets or starvation, your plan is carefully developed by expert nutritionists to provide you with all the energy you need, whilst helping you lose those pounds.
